Choral Repertoire: Requiem by Gabriel Fauré

Gabriel Fauré’s Requiem, op. 48 is a well-known piece, frequently performed by chorus and orchestras of varying size. The harp plays in three of the seven movements and is an important part of the work. 
 
The harp part available here is from the book Choral Repertoire: Harp Parts, compiled and edited by Jacqueline Pollauf. The part has not been simplified for ease of playing, but has been re-notated with modern notation and includes helpful harp-specific information: pedal markings, cues, enharmonic equivalents, and some suggested fingerings. Page layouts have been carefully optimized for page turns. A textual introduction is also provided with background information and performance notes.
